Veg Corn Burger

I had a very good day , Rocky and me started playing tennis today. Had good time. Its been long since i have played any sport. I feel each and everyone should play some or the other sport or atleast exercise in order to stay fit. I hope rocky and me continue to play this sport. Ya coming to this recipe, this is a complete delightful dish. Previously i used to make just normal corn patties and serve them as a appetizer. Rocky gave me this idea of making a burger out of it. Oh man, it tasted real good. Here goes the recipe.

Ingredients :

Hamburger
1 cup corn (you can used any type of corn either canned, frozen or fresh. If you use fresh corn boil it well . )
2 medium-sized potatoes boiled
Coriander leaves
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 tbs red chilly powder
1/4 tea spoon chat masala
1/2 cup poha
3 tbs bread crumbs
oil for frying
Cheese slices
jalapeno
1 onion 
Lettuce
Tomato ketchup
Salt to taste.



Step 1 : Boil the potatoes in a cooker later mash them well.


Step 2 : Add corn along with coriander leaves, green chillies, poha, bread crumbs and all the dry masalas in the potatoes.


Step 3 : Mix it well . Make flat balls ( depending on the size of your hamburger) out of it. 

Step 4 : Later deep fry them or make them on tawa by spraying oil on it and see that you toast them for longer time if you doing it on tawa so that it tastes good. I made  them on tawa.

Step 5 : Slice the onion into ring shaped and chop the lettuce into layers.

Step 6 : Apply tomato ketchup in between the burger. On one side put the cheese slice, corn Pattie  followed by jalapeno and onion. On the other side place the lettuce.

Step 7 : Have this VEG CORN BURGER with an diet coke.
