Its been 2 days since i have posted blogs, as it was a weekend i could not do that. I just love weekends they are full of fun. I wish everyday was a weekend. This weekend i went to a dance school as i wanted to learn jazz and hip hop , but was not very impressed with the class. I will be going on Thursday again to someother dance school . I hope i like that  class. Anyway let's get back to cooking business. Last Friday i made this capsicum pulav, and i wanna share the recipe with all of you. 



Ingredients:

2 cups rice(should be cooked)
1 small capsicum
1 tomato
2 small potatoes
2tbs red chilly powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
juice of 2 lemons
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste.
 
Step 1 : Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool down for sometime.


Step 2 : Boil the potatoes well in a cooker later mash them. Chop the tomatoes and capsicum.


Step 3 : In a dish heat oil later add the capsicum in it. Cook it for 5-7 Min's on high flame. Later add the tomatoes and potatoes in it. Mix it well. Finally add the cooked rice in it along with all the dry masalas and lemon juice. Cook it on high flame for 7 Min's.



Step 4 : Garnish it with coriander leaves . Can be eaten with yogurt or pickles.

    I have always wondered what to cook with capsicum other than aloo capsicum sabzi, this is a good alternative. Will try.
