South Indian Chicken
Thursday, April 23, 2009
Chicken is rated as very good source of protein. People who are meat eaters but , are looking ways to reduce fat in their meals, can try eating more chicken. The leanest part of the chicken is the chicken breast which has got very less fat in it. However eating chicken with the skin doubles the amount of fat in the food. For this reason, chicken is best skinned before cooking. That's the reason i love chicken. South India is very famous for spicy food. This recipe is typical south dish. Which is mouth watering. Above all its quick to make. Infact its the best for beginners.
