Puffed Rice/murmura Upma

Puffed rice/murmura haa.. i just love them . I remember i used to eat them a lot as well as make my living room floor eat them too :) yeah i used to spill them all over the floor and mom used to yell at me. My bro and me used 2 keep grains of puffed rice in between our lips and make scary faces as they looked like demon's teeth.lol. I used to eat these plain are made bhel out of it . I never knew an upma could be made out of it. Now that i know it i wanna share it with you all.
Ingredients :
2 cups puffed rice
1 onion
2 green chillies
curry leaves
mustard seeds
2 pinches turmeric powder
1 tbs lemon juice
salt to taste.
Step 1 : Soak puffed rice in water for 10 Min's. Later drain the water out.
Step 2 : Finely chop the onion and green chillies.
Step 3 : In a dish heat oil later add mustard seed curry leaves after few Min's add the onion , green chillies, turmeric powder salt and lemon juice. Stir it well . When onion turns light pink add the drained puffed rice in it. Mix it well and keep it on low flame for 5 Min's.
Step 4 : Puffed rice ready to eat.
