Soyabean and macroni curry

Soyabean are rich in protein. As they are free from cholesterol they are refferd as vegetarian meat. When i newly got married my MIL made this recipe on the 3 rd day. Initially i used to be away from soyabean but after eating this curry i liked it so much that now i make it attest once in a week.
1/2 cup soyabeans
1/2 cup lotus seeds(phool tapasha)
handful of green peas
1/2 cup macroni
3 tomatoes
green chillies
cumin seeds
curry leaves
1 tbs red chilly powder
1/2 tbs dhaniya powder
1/4 tbs dried mango powder(aamchur)
1/2 glass water
Salt to taste.
Serves 3
Step 1 : Soak soyabean and lotus seeds for 30 Min's.
Step 4 : Heat oil in a cooker later add cumin seeds , curry leaves, after few Min's add the grounded tomatoes in it. Keep it on low flame till the pulp comes to a boil. Later add the soyabean, lotus seeds,macroni , green peas salt, chilly powder, dhaniya powder and finally 1/2 glass of water.Close the lid of the cooker and after 3 whistle put off the gas. Finally add aamchur in it leave it on low flame for 10-15 Min's.
