Egg Fried Rice

Egg Fried Rice is the easiest, quickest and yummiest dish.






Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup cooked rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 1/2 tbs black pepper
  • 1 -2 tbs chili sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbs vinegar
  • 1 pinch aginomoto
  • Salt to taste



Step 1: Cook rice and keep it aside for 40 Min's till it cools down.


Step 2: Take dish heat oil in it and then break 4 eggs.


Step 3: Keep stirring the eggs till they become scrambled, later add all the above ingredients to it, and finally add the cooked rice. Keep in on low flame for 5 Min's.


Your EGG FRIED RICE is ready to eat.
