Mushroom Curry

Mushrooms are very rich in protein, minerals and vitamin B. They are very low in calories and cooked mushrooms have more nutritious benefits. Now I am going to tell you how to make tantalizing Indian mushroom curry.
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 green chilles
- 1 big onion
- 6-7 kaju
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs chilly powder
- 1/2 tbs dhaniya powder
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1/4 tbs garam masala
- 1 pinch lavang powder (optional)
- 1 pinch jeera powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
Serves 2-3
Cooking time - 30 Min's
Step 1: Firstly, grind tomatoes, green chilies, onion and kaju all together.
Step 2: Boil the mushrooms and cut them in small pieces.
Step 3: Take a dish heat some oil in it, add the grounded paste in it. Cook it till the raw smells goes. Later add all the dry masalas , milk and water to it. Keep stirring it and let it be on low flame for 15 -20 Min's.
MUSHROOM CURRY ready to eat. It can be served with roti as well as jeera rice.
